Exploring biomedical or nutrition-related approaches, but unsure where to start?

You are not alone. Many parents find themselves overwhelmed by conflicting information:

  • Confusing tests: You hear about OAT, microbiome, nutrigenomics, and other tests, yet are unsure which are actually relevant
  • Conflicting dietary approaches: Gluten-free, dairy-free, or other restrictions appear frequently — and it’s unclear what may be suitable for your situation
  • Unclear priorities: You read about different recommendations and don’t know what to prioritize
  • Understanding gaps: You are considering supplements or tests but are unsure how to make sense of the results

What I Do

Using a structured, science-based approach grounded in integrative and functional nutrition, I assess your child’s nutrition, health history, and available data to identify key factors that may influence development.
I then guide you through the wide range of information around nutrition, supplements, and biomedical approaches, so you can make informed and balanced decisions. This may include, depending on your child’s individual situation:

  • Comprehensive assessment of dietary patterns and identification of potential nutritional gaps
  • Interpretation of conventional laboratory markers (e.g., blood tests) relevant to nutritional status
  • When appropriate, interpretation of selected specialized laboratory tests (e.g., OAT, microbiome, selected metabolic markers)
  • Interpretation and contextualization of nutrigenomic data in relation to individual needs
  • Development of individualized nutrition strategies with clear, practical guidance for implementation
  • Collaboration, when appropriate, with your child’s healthcare providers

How to work with me

Depending on your needs, the process can be structured across three levels of support:

1. Scientific guidance and clarification
Appropriate if you would like to better understand specific tests, biomedical approaches, or options you are considering — and how they may or may not apply to your situation.
Suitable for: One-off consultations or clarification of specific questions.

2. Individualized nutrition support
Appropriate if you are looking for a structured assessment and an approach adapted to your specific needs.
Suitable for: A comprehensive nutritional approach based on your current situation, health history, and available data.

3. Comprehensive assessment and integrative strategy
Appropriate if you would like a more in-depth, structured approach combining existing information, selected testing insights, and, when appropriate, additional testing considerations, together with an individualized strategy over time.

The appropriate level of support is determined based on your individual situation.
